Applicants shall present all documents of PART II (1)-(4) and the following:
1.Valid Residency Permit	ü Copy of a valid residency permit of at least 3 months (90 days) beyond the planned stay in Cyprus – original document also presented
2. Work Permit	ü Copy of a valid work permit from the Lebanese Ministry of Labour
3.Travel Insurance	ü Travel Insurance
4. Ticket Reservation	ü Ticket reservation (round-trip)
5.Accommodation	ü Proof of accommodation accordingly (e.g. Hotel Reservation etc.)
6.Copy of Passport of Employer	ü Copy of the passport of employer
7.Copy of the Visa of Employer	ü Copy of the Visa/Residency Permit of the Employer
