The following documents should be presented in order to support your visa application.
1. 2 passport photos
2. Original passport + photocopy of passport
3. Employment letter
4. Hotel Reservation or “Assumption of Responsibility for Hosting”, if the applicant will be hosted by a relative / friend / colleague etc.
5. Bank Statement of the last three (3) months
6. Under age children (below 18), who intend to enter Cyprus unaccompanied, should present a statement signed by both parents and stamped by the mayor of their area. If children are accompanied by one parent only, the authorization of the other parent is required.
If an applicant has a valid, double and/or multiple entries Schengen visa on his/her passport, he/she can enter Cyprus without a visa, as well as the holders of a double or multiple entry visa of Romania, Croatia and Bulgaria.
University students should present a) their University ID or a letter stating that they are enrolled to this Institution and b) a bank statement of their parents of the last three (3) months.
Domestic staff (housekeepers, nannies, drivers etc) that accompanies their employer should present a valid residence and work permit to Lebanon.
UN International staff, whose passport has been issued either in New York or Geneva may travel to Cyprus without a visa. UNIFIL staff possessing a UNIFIL Identity Card, can be granted a visa upon arrival at their point of entry in Cyprus.
Applicants are kindly requested to present their visa applications well in advance in order to avoid last minute problems that may arise.
