Apart from the consular services described under “General Information”, the services listed below are available to citizens of the Republic of Cyprus:
This application concerns issuing of a passport without biometric data. It mainly concerns holders of Cypriot passports residing in our consular district, who have either lost their passport or it has expired. The relevant M.9 form is submitted along with the accompanying documentation. The fee for this service is 50 Euros (the equivalent is paid in Rubles).
- Issue of a temporary Travel Document
The temporary travel document (laissez-passer) is issued in case of robbery of the travel document of the Cypriot citizen. It provides its holder the right to depart from Russia and travel to his/her point of permanent residence. The fee for this service is 20 Euros (the equivalent is paid in Rubles).
- Issue of a non-marriage certificate
The applicant should complete and sign the relevant application and pay the fee of 34.17 Euro (the equivalent is paid in Rubles). An affidavit is also required that clearly describes his/her marital status (single/divorced/widow).
- Copy of marriage certificate
The applicant should complete and sign the relevant application and pay the fee of 13.67 Euro (the equivalent is paid in Rubles).
- Issuance of Criminal Record Certificate
The applicant should complete and sign the relevant application, pay the fee of 20 Euro (the equivalent is paid in Rubles) and receive a receipt of payment. The applicant should provide also two recent photographs of his/herself. Cypriot applicants should submit a copy of their passport or identity card. Foreign nationals should submit a copy of their passport along, temporary residence permit (pink slip) and Allien book. The Certificate is issued by the police authorities of the Republic of Cyprus and is valid for two months.
In case of emergency, Cypriots finding themselves in our consular region may ask to receive a sum of money from the Consulate General to cover their urgent needs, provided that a friend or a relative of theirs in Cyprus has already visited the Accounts Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nicosia and deposited the equivalent amount to their credit.
