a) First Time Issuance of Passport - Adults
To schedule an appointment, you must have the following documents:
(1). Copy of Registration Document OR Citizenship Document
(2). Original Birth Certificate -Arabic documents that accompany the application should be translated in English. The English translation should be legalized and stamped at both the Ministries of Justice and Foreign Affairs, before are presented to the Embassy.
(3). Form M.9E - The application form M.9E should be completed in advance by the applicant BUT signed by the applicant before the Consular Officer at the Embassy.
Application Fees: 280, payable in AED, CASH ONLY.

b) First Time Issuance of Passport - Minors (under the age of 18)
To schedule an appointment, you must have the following documents:
(1). Copy of Registration Document OR Citizenship Document (of the child)
(2). Original Birth Certificate-Arabic documents that accompany the application should be translated in English. The English translation should be legalized and stamped at both the Ministries of Justice and Foreign Affairs, before are presented to the Embassy.
(3). Copies of parents’ passports
(4). Form M.9E - The application form M.9E should be completed in advance by the applicant BUT signed by the parents of the applicant before the Consular Officer at the Embassy.
Application Fees: 180, payable in AED CASH ONLY.

c) Renewal of Passport
To schedule an appointment, you must have the following documents:
(1). Original current passport
(2). Copy of current passport
(3). Form M.9E - The application form M.9E should be completed in advance by the applicant BUT signed by the applicant before the Consular Officer at the Embassy.

d) Issuance of a Passport Due to Theft, Loss or Wear
To schedule an appointment, you must have the following documents:
(1). Original Police Report issued by the Lebanese Authorities or by the relevant authorities of another country*
(2). Copy of passport, if available
(3). Copy of Registration Document OR Citizenship Document
(4). Original Birth Certificate (if above document does not mention the exact place of birth of the applicant) *
(5). Form M.9E - The application form M.9E should be completed in advance by the applicant BUT signed by the applicant before the Consular Officer at the Embassy.
