Our call Centre hours are between 13:00 to 15:00 from Monday to Thursday.
For visa application submissions and collections - Monday to Thursday 9:00 - 10:00 a.m (no appointments necessary).
The Consular Section will be closed for Visa submissions on the last two days of the month and in public holidays.
For any other consular matters including (eg. citizenship application, passport and I.D. applications)- Monday to Thursday 10:30 - 13:00 p.m (by appointment only - please contact us +27 12 346 3329). For our telephone hours see the information above.
