A travel document is issued for Cyprus nationals in cases of a stolen or lost passport or identity card and for purposes of returning back to Cyprus.
For the issue of the travel document, the following documents are needed:
An application form (available at the Embassy)
A photograph
A declaration of a stolen or a lost document at the French authorities
20 euros
The person for whom the travel document is issued must be personally present during the process.
