The death certificates issued regardless of the county in which the death occurred after filling the necessary form of death and produced a medical certificate of death
Documentation required:
1. Original Death Certificate,
2. Certified copy of Death Certificate,
3. Copies of the identity card and passport of the deceased, issued by the authorities of the Republic of Cyprus, or citizenship registration,
4. Copies of the identity card and passport of the deceased, issued by the authorities any other state,
5. Cypriot citizenship certificate or Cypriot passport.
6. Application filled by the next kin of the deceased,
Application fees:
o 5 euro for each certificate
o Late registrations of deaths: In cases of death records after the expiration of their period of one year as specified by law, require the following:
-Sworn Statement
-Registration Form completed death
-Death Certificate
-Paid a fee for late registration of death over 12 months 25.63€ euro
