CERTIFICATE OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE/MILITARY SERVICE INFORMATION
ISSUANCE OF A PERMANENT RESIDENCE CERTIFICATE
Please note that in order to obtain a certificate of permanent residence for exemption from military service or for other purposes, you must send all relevant documents, as described below, by e-mail to visa@cyembuae.ae The subject must include the words "Permanent Residence Certificate".
The fees for these services are payable at 50 DIRHAMS. We only accept payments in cash.
You will receive the certificate in person and therefore you must provide us with a signature.
You can collect your certificate in person from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Necessary supporting documents:
- Applicant's passport and his/her parents (in case of a minor)
- UAE residence visas (oldest to newest)
- Proof of residential address
If the above information is submitted fully and correctly, the certificates will be issued within 5 working days.
