Provisions for Private Vessels Arriving in Cyprus


The private vessels arriving in Cyprus are inspected by the Port and Marine Police, Immigration Department, Customs, and the Health Services. The master of the private vessel must produce the following documents upon arrival:

Port and Marine Police

  • Certificate of Registration
  • General Declaration
  • Crew List


Immigration Department

The Immigration Department receives a Crew List and the crew's passports and issues a Landing Permit (form P52) for the vessel's crew.

European Union nationals do not submit their passports and do not require a Landing Permit (form P52).


Customs

  • Certificate of Registration
  • General Declaration
  • Crew Effects Declaration
  • Crew List
  • Stores Declaration


Health Services

  • Crew List
  • Maritime Declaration of Health

N.B.: The Health Services do not inspect private vessels arriving from EU member-states.
