The Republic of Cyprus unreservedly condemns the terrorist attack carried out οn 7 April 2017 in Stockholm and expresses its full support to, and solidarity with, the government and people of Sweden. At this difficult moment, our thoughts are with the victims and their families.

Cyprus stands by Sweden as well as its other international partners in the fight against international terrorism. It strongly condemns such heinous acts and calls on all concerned to combine and intensify their efforts to combat the scourge of terrorism.
