EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF CYPRUS IN STOCKHOLM

Travel documents are issued when absolutely necessary (mostly for health reasons or in cases of a stolen passport). They are not accepted by all countries and are only valid for one journey.

Procedure required issuing an individual travel document (laissez-passer)

• Completed form (it is obtained from the Consular Section of the Embassy)
• Αn affidavit for the circumstances of loss of passport or ID (see relevant document on the bottom of current page).
• Certificate issued by the Police (in case of a stolen passport or ID)
• Two recent photos 4x3 cm
• Official Birth Certificate or Identity Card or any other official document that declares the identity of the applicant
• Issuance fee of €20
