Travel documents are issued when absolutely necessary (mostly for health reasons or in cases of lost or stolen passport/ID card). They are not accepted by all countries and they are only valid for one journey to Cyprus.
Documents required for issuing an individual travel document (Laissez-Passer):
1. Completed form (obtained from the Consular Section of the Embassy)
2. Certificate issued by the Police (in case of lost or stolen passport/ID card)
3. Two recent photos 4x3 cm
4. Official Birth Certificate or Driving License or any other official document that proves the identity of the applicant
5. Fee of 39,20 Leva (equivalent of €20)
