Police Clearance - Certificate of Clear Criminal Record
- The Application for the Issuance of Clear Criminal Record can be downloaded from the Cyprus Police Web-Site:
- Every Application for the Issuance of Clear Criminal Record must be accompanied by:
- An official receipt for the payment of the amount of €20.00
a) The payment could be made in cash at the Embassy or Consulate of the Republic of Cyprus.
b) By Remittance to the Central Bank of Cyprus in the name of the Chief of Cyprus Police, SWIFT CODE: CBCYCY2NACC, or Government General Account, Account No.: CY160 0100 0010 0000 0000 6001 010 .
These deposits apply to payment by Euro (€) only.
- Copy of Identity Card or Current Passport
- Copy of the Passport held while living in Cyprus
- Alien Book /Pink Slip / Yellow Slip or other proof of having resided in Cyprus for an extended period of time
- two Passport Photos
The Application and Accompanying documents should be sent by the applicant directly to :
Cyprus Chief of Police, Police Headquarters, P.O.Box 2022, Nicosia, CYPRUS
