Travel documents are issued when it is absolutely necessary (mostly for health reasons or in cases of a stolen or lost passport). They are not accepted by all countries and are only valid for one journey.

Procedure required for issuing an individual travel document (laissez-passer)

Completed form (it is obtained from the Consular Section of the Embassy)

· Certificate issued by the Police (in case of a stolen passport).
· Two recent photos 4x3 cm.
· Official Birth Certificate or Identity Card or any other official document that declares the identity of the applicant.
· Issuance fee of € 20 (equivalent in Qatari Riyals).
