The Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus in Copenhagen is looking to fill the position of Personal Assistant to the Ambassador for a fixed-term maternity cover.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Managing the daily administrative tasks of the Ambassador’s Office
· Handling the archive and records of the embassy
· Handling various tasks in cooperation with the relevant authorities in Cyprus and Denmark
· Assist other departments in the embassy with relevant ad hoc issues
Main requirements:
· Applicants must be proficient in Greek and English.
· Training or related experience in office administration
· Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite
· Legal right to live and work in Denmark
Knowledge of Danish and university degree considered an advantage.
The position offers a monthly salary of DKK 29,968. Statutory payments and pension contributions are the responsibility of the employee.
Successful applicants will be required to provide a clean criminal record and will be subjected to a security screening by the Danish authorities.
