The Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus is happy to announce that it will once again be participating in la Francophonie Film Festival in Copenhagen. For the 2017 edition, the Embassy will contribute with the movie “Family Member”, a film by the Cypriot director Marinos Kartikkis, which has already aired in many parts of the world. It has participated in many international festivals and won several awards!
It is a social, dramatic movie with dark-comedy elements, which tries to approach the economic crisis and its effects through a new perspective, focusing on the human aspects of the crisis.
The screening will take place at Institut français, Studiestræde 5 - 1455 København, on Friday, March 17th, at 4:30 pm. The event is free of charge.
